SERVICE OUTLINE
Reach Out is a mobile peer support service supporting people in their recovery from mental health challenges. The team brings their own lived experience of mental health and recovery to the support they provide.
Support is practical and relationship based. Together, we develop a collaborative plan that reflects each person’s goals and priorities.
We support people who are currently using Waitematā Adult Mental Health Services in the North Shore or Rodney areas. The service is available through referral from clinical teams or by self-referral.
